Lindbergh and his accomplishments through a profusely illustrated book with 372 historic photographs by Frederick Arthur Barber with plenty of written words to back them up. This is a First Edition Stated Second Printing and is an Ex-Library with a stamp. It was published by G.P. Putnam's Sons in New York and London in 1929. Please check the photos and ask questions. Condition: "GD+(Good Plus)-The binding is slightly slanted with some front cover protrusion. The covers and binding have markings, staining, and/or soiling. The title on the binding is moderately to heavily faded but still legible. There is a library number on the bottom of the binding. The corners are bumped and blunted with some fraying. There is rubbing and markings to the edges. The boards and endpapers have some creasing, dimpling, markings, and foxing. "Withdrawn" is written on the front endpaper and the rear board has a library card holder. There is also a moderate amount of markings, staining, and/or soiling. The interior pages are mostly off-white with moderate to heavy staining, markings, and foxing. The edges of the pages have some black marker spots. There are no loose or missing pages and the book is free from splits and cracks. Overall, the presentation is decent to nice.".
