Black cloth boards with gilt illustrations on front and spine, with gilt lettering on spine. Highly decorative book with really beautiful illustrations by members of The Birmingham Art School under the direction of A.J. Gaskin. -- Cover corners very bumped; cloth bubbling a bit on back; spine edges showing a bit of wear here and there. Endpapers fairly darkly shadowed as perhaps from clippings or some other insertions; interior lightly tanning throughout. No dust jacket. Overall showing some age, but a very tight and attractive book. 160 pp. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
