Nicely signed "With Best Wishes John Barr" on blank front end page. jacket is a little edge worn with wear at corners and spine ends and minor chipping. No date anywhere buy I am guessing 1920's or 30's. Official training textbook for the British Amature WEight-lifters's association. Lots of photos of exercise techniques.
