(Nevins I, 80). Two engraved plates. Loss to the joints and edges of the spine; significant sunning to the spine; the title page has been patched by a paper conservator and reattached; early inscription on the dedication page; binding slightly cocked; textblock is fully cracked between pages 192/193; one signature is loose. Purple embossed cloth, with lettering in gilt on the spine. (Nevins I, 80). Good binding.
