A thorough guide to setting up a Young Women's Missionary Department, part of the Women's Home and Foreign Missionary Society of the A. M. E. Zion church. Charmingly illustrated, the book covers material relating to personal development and preparation for young women, a great deal on how to organize and run the organization, "Methods and Manners of Good Leadership," tips for public speaking, etc. *OCLC* locates no copies of this informative pamphlet published to prepare young African-American women to develop and lead their own organizations promoting Christian Service at home and abroad.
