Paperback. First Edition. Stiff greenish paper wraps. 48 + plates pp. 43 bw plates. Richard Brunton was an engraver of bookplates and metalwork. This privately published volume is quite uncommon. Poor. Ex-library with usual marks. Front cover and first few pages detached from binding. Covers show shelf wear and significantly tanned near spine. Spine is mostly disintegrated, though most pages are still held together. Occasional minor foxing, few spots of soiling throughout, though for the most part text is clear except for some age toning. SIGNED and inscribed by author.

Many leaves unopened. No Earlier owner bookplates or names noted. Original dark blue paper dust jacket is present but with with most of backstrip lacking and several other chips and tears, but it has protected the voers though not the backstrip from exposure and wear. The original card slipcase is also present and in good condition iy has many brown spots, and like the dust jacket has protected the book. Note: due to size and weight, Shipping outside the USA or priority shipping should cost about that of an average book.
