Managed by Felipe Ehrenberg, Martha Hellion, and David Mayor, Beau Geste Press, based…in Devon, UK, was active from 1970 to 1976. The press collaborated with numerous artists and authors, all of whom are listed on this poster: Beuys, Carrión, Filliou, Gibbs, Higgins, Hompson, Kostelanetz, Maciunas, Saito, Schneemann, Shiomi, Valoch, etc., etc. For example, two of Ulises Carrión's bookworks, Looking for poetry/Tras la poesía (1973) and Arguments (1973), were published with the press. In excellent condition; we locate no copy in North America. The poster was designed by Jean Sellem, founder of the Galerie S:t Petri, and David Mayor. ? A.
