BOOK 2:- VOL 2, INDEX GRAECITATIS SOPHOCLEAE AND VOL 3, INDEX GRACITATIS AESCHYLEAE BOUND TOGETHER. THIS BOOK HAS VARYING AMOUNTS OF FOXING. MOSTLY LIGHT, BUT HEAVIER ON THE FIRST 20 OR SO PAGES, AND THEN HEAVY AGAIN AT THE END OF VOL 2 AND THE START OF VOL 3. THERE IS DAMP STAINING VISIBLE ON THE TITLE PAGE OF VOL 2 AND THIS APPEARS IN VARYING DEGREES THROUGH THE WHOLE OF VOL 2, BUT NOT VOL 3, WHICH MIGHT INDICATE THAT THE BINDING WAS DONE LATER. THE DAMP STAINING STARTS AS AFFECTING NEARLY ALL OF THE BOTTOM HALF OF THE PAGE, THEN WAXES AND WANES IN AN APPARENTLY RANDOM MANNER. ALL TEXT READABLE. BINDING SLIGHTLY MORE WORN ON THE SECOND BOOK.
