First Edition
Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. Quarto trade paperback, unread with no reading creases to spine, but top two inches of spine show some modest damage, probably from having been wedged onto a tight bookshelf. Some federal government documents and letters are reproduced, though most of the text of this book appears to have been typeset on an electric typewriter of the era. The author has repeatedly been proven correct in his assertion that the federal judiciary will not entertain or seriously consider or deliberate arguments -- with documentation -- as to the unconstitutionality of the current income tax, nor as to the illegality of the current "tax code" (which is not the law) and enforcement and collection methods of the IRS, whose capos laughably contend the current income tax system "is based on voluntary compliance"! -- instead simply accepting that IRS agents were "acting in good faith" according to their personal BELIEFS about the law. 16th Amendment never properly ratified, etc. 187 pp., reduced from $210.
