Sa…royan joined Jack Beeson and conductor Peter Herman Adler in a discussion which also included sneak previews of the scenes. It was followed by the premier of the opera on March 17, 1970. The details are filled out in the press releases. Opera starred Gerald Harrington, Alan Crofoot, Kenneth Smith and Lili Chookasain. A near fine collection. Photographs are fine. Accompanied by a copy of letter from James Taylor Dunn (a Saroyan fan and collector), Librarian, Minnesota Historical Society, requesting 'any material - photos, publicity relaeses, etc.- which you can send me.'
