Né en Belgique, Beetz (1874-1949) est arrivé au pays en 1897 et s'est rapidement intéressé à l'élevage des renards dont il commercialisait la fourrure. Il a aussi participé à la fondation du Jardin zoologique de Québec en 1932. Très bel exemplaire!
