Drawings by Joe Deyong 210x135mm, 42pp, drawings and (occasional) photos throughout the publication. [++] Original wrappers. There is a 95%-faded away oval rubber stamp on the front wrapper, and a larger fuller rubber stamp on the rear wrapper. Dusty, but a VG copy. Uncommon! Only three copies located in WorldCat. "The Dewey Roundup was a rodeo that was held annually in Dewey, Oklahoma on the week of July 4th. It was one of the most popular rodeo events, along with the Calgary Stampede. In 1949, the Dewey Roundup was the third largest rodeo in the world. The Dewey Roundup began in 1908. Dewey was founded in 1899 by Jacob H. Bartles and named after Spanish-American War hero Adm.
