The magazine was only "distributed to photojournalists, agency representatives and directors of photography at newspapers, weeklies and news networks around the world." This issue presents the "world's best news pictures, Mar. 2 - Aug. 2, 2007," including images from natural and man-made disasters, sporting events, terrorist actions, conflicts, etc. as well as a photo-essay with text on chronic malnutrition in Guatemalan children by Benjamin Rusnak, a photo-essay with text on southern Sudanese refugees by Micah Albert, and a backstory on photographer Mary F. Calvert. Edited by Scott Mc Kiernan. Perfect-bound; 123 + [7]; color photos throughout, each reproduced full-spread; 8.5 x 11 inches. Condition: Poor paperback magazine damaged in the mail with a large chip, creases, and a tear to the front cover, creases/edge wear to the first three pages, tiny creases to the corner of a number of pages, and an address to the mailing space on the back cover.
