Detail…ed descriptions with full color illustrations of 79 lots offered at auction. Notable artworks include: August Mackes's oil painting Heiler Georg (St. Georg); Max Liebermann's Die Bleice (Bleaching Linen); Max Pechstein's Feld mit Wicken (Filed with Vetches); Paul Klee's Wind von Links unten (Wind from Lower Left); Marc Chagall's La Fenetre; George Grosz' Five O'Clock Tea; Willi Baumeister's Urweltformen schwebend I (Primeval Shapes floating I) and well as works by Emil Schumacher, Gerhard Richter, Georg Gaselitz and Bernhard Heisig. In very good condition. Illustrated paper covers have light bumping and creasing to edges and corners and light overall scuffing. Binding tight. Pages clean and unmarked with occasional light corner creasing. NOT Ex-Library. NO remainder marks.
