Kein Einband. Condition: Befriedigend. 1. Auflage. Schuldbrief von 1701, wohl aus Wittlage (Bad Essen). --- Jost Lahrmann (*1654) in Wimmer (Bad Essen) bekennt, dem Hermann Bente "von dem vermoeg Witlagl. protocolli Capit." 27 Taler schuldig sei und versetzt ihm ein Stück Saatland ("auffm Hoefel belehen"); Abgaben werden für die Jahre 1702-1716 terminiert. --- Verhandelt am 28. Oktober 1701 vor dem Notar Bernardus Bexter, der am Ende auch signiert hat. --- Der Ort ist für mich nicht zu erkennen. Mit einem Nachtrag von 1712 eines Johann Borhardt Linneman(?) über die Zahlung des Zehnts. --- Umfang: 2 S. (32,8 x 19,6 cm). --- Anm.: Jost Larmann (* 1654) war der Vater von Jost Larmann / Lahrmann (geb. 1688 in Wimmer, Kreis Wittlage gest. 1732). Dieser heiratete Anna Katarine Alheit Kluever (1693-1759); ein Sohn war Jobst Heinrich Lahrmann (1724-1759). --- Zustand: Dokument gefaltet; Papier stark gebräunt und fleckig, mit Einrissen in der Falz. Signatur des Verfassers.
