Hardcover. Condition: Good. 1st Edition. Rare early material of the "modern" U.S. Coast Guard, which was established in 1915. Small, tan, tri-fold hardcover. Good. Covers with light soil and mild to moderate wear. Pastedowns bear a bookplate and card pocket of the Field Artillery School library at Fort Sill, OK. Title page has a "Cancelled" stamp. Text is unmarked. Light dampstain to margins of blank endpapers at the back. 92 pages.
