Separately signed by Bess M. Truman and Mamie Doud Eisenhower. Also: an original assemblage by noted autograph dealer Seymour Kessler who has used a heavy stock photograph of Presidents Truman and Eisenhower glaring at each other after a misunderstanding; customizing it into a First Day of Issue cachet for both the Truman and Eisenhower stamps released by the Post Office in 1971 and 1973.
