John William Mills PPRBS ARCA FRSA was an eminent Figurative sculptor and author of several books, as well being Head of the Sculpture Dept at St Albans School of Art. He won the commission to create 'The Women of World War II' monument on Whitehall, unveiled by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in 2005.He died in 2023, at the age of 90. A light pencil note from former bookseller to ffep.
