Hardcover. First Edition. xxix, 511pp. Contemporary quarter morocco, spine with five raised bands and lettering in gold. Signed and inscribed by Eugen Bianu to an Italian colleague in the year of publication. Dr Bianu was chief of the Police Department of Bucharest and later Director of State Security. Two leaflets with a summary and first chapter in French are laid in. Light wear to extremities, a few leaves with corner crease. A near fine copy. Text in Romanian. ; Octavo.
