Paperback. Unpaginated, fifty pages or so, captioned color photographs (house just-completed and when restored, many interiors) and facsimiles (documenting planning and building), printed on superior glazed paperstock and softbound in plain black 8x6 inch wraps with cardstock "dust jacket" providing comments not repeated in the booklet itself. Handsome production in fine clean condition, a celebrity house with a celebrity owner, Anna Sten, movie star in the era of Greta Garbo (whose English was better than Sten's) Pentagram papers 38.
