Hardcover. Condition: Fine. No Jacket. This 10.25 x 15.375 inch, 5 page hardcover book is the 1924 printing of the Biblical Sermon on the Mount by San Francisco's Grabhorn Press. This copy has been rebound at some point. The interior text pages are in strictly fine condition with the large format, beautiful paper, with two blank end papers, then the original title page with Sermon on the Mount, and the block print, then four text pages with the sermon, and at the bottom of the last text page, the statement of 190 copies printed, 'February 1924.' There are two additional blank end papers from the original copy. All of that original printing is in strictly fine condition or better. The rebound cover is professionally and tastefully done with a soft grey paper over boards with a darker grey spine strip with no lettering or label on the cover or the spine. There is included in an envelope laid in loose, three paper labels. One shows just the sermon on the Mount as the text of the label. The second and third are previous owner's bookplates. It is assumed that these three items were part of the original binding and were not reattached with the rebinding. Overall this is a beautiful item with the rare and very attractive Grabhorn printing now housed in a tasteful new binding. 5 pages.
