Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Peter Biegel (illustrator). First Printing. 160 Pages. Library of Congress Catalog Card Number: 67-23971. Stated First Printing. Dust jacket is price-clipped. This is a fictional book with lots of action about the sport of Steeplechasing, yet also includes much information about the care, training and riding of Steeplechase horses. The book's dust-jacket has worn areas along the top, bottom, and side edges along with the same at the top and bottom of the spine, and on all four corners. There are a few repaired tears along the top edge, a small hole on the right side of the front cover's spine and a small round sticker on the front cover's bottom right corner and top elft corner. The interior book's exterior has slight wearing on all four corners and at the top and bottom of the spine and a dent in one spot on the bottom edge. Outside of those items, however, there are no visible extraneous markings, or distractions and thus all of its printing is in a well-preserved condition, and its bindings remain tight. If you order this fun yet instructional book on the exciting sport of Steeplechasing from us, we will carefully wrap it up in either foam or bubble wrap, then pad and box it and ship it right away to you with both insurance and tracking on it.
