Docente desde 1981 e Investigadora. En 1991 fue invitada a Arles, Francia, a dictar un taller en los Encuentros Internacionales de la Fotografía. De 1994 al 2000 fue Curadora de Fotografía del Centro Cultural Recoleta. En 1999 fue seleccionada para participar en el Seminario Internacional "Museología, Diseño, Gestión y Planificación de Eventos en Arte Contemporáneo" organizado por el Fondo Nacional de las Artes, la Fundación PROA y el Guggenheim Museum. Participa como Jurado en instituciones privadas y oficiales. Ha realizado numerosas muestras individuales y colectivas en museos y galerías de arte en el país y en el exterior. Recibió varias distinciones, entre ellas, Tercer Premio y Mención de Honor en la Primera Bienal Internacional de Arte Fotográfico en San Pablo, Brasil 1983 y el Primer Premio Salón Nacional de Artes Visuales (Fotografía 2003).
