First Edition. Four microfiches stored in envelope on inside of lower cover. 140 pp. & colophon. 8vo, blue printed softcover with flaps. Tienen, Belgium: Stedelijk Museum het Toreke, September 1984. One of the more substantial issues of Commonpress, it also functions as an exhibition catalogue featuring an important examination of mail art and its evolution, a list of previous issues, and a list of the contributors who had ever sent in work to be featured in the magazine. All of the contributors' works for this issue have been reproduced on the four microfiches. Bleus (b. 1950) is a prolific mail artist and archivist who has written important articles and essays on mail and stamp art. This exhibition was held in Tienen at the Stedelijk Museum het Toreke. In near fine condition. One of 720 numbered copies. WorldCat records no example outside of Europe.
