Shooting script for the 1959 film. With a single manuscript ink annotation to page three. Laid in with the script are several unbound revision pages, including two pages noting script amendments and three small notes detailing deletions. Missing page 93, likely as used or issued. A dry cleaner with dreams of musical stardom is swindled by an aging singer whose voice is gradually fading. Shot on location in London. Blue titled wrappers, noted as Shooting Script on the front wrapper, dated 2-6-59. Title page present, dated 1st June, 1959, noted as FINAL SHOOTING SCRIPT. 131 leaves, with last page of text numbered 131. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only, with pink and blue revision pages throughout, dated variously between 23/6/59 and 15/9/59. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Very Good plus, bound internally with a silver prong.

No Binding. Condition: Very Good. A signed miniature portrait silhouette watercolour depicting a 'Trooper 16th Light Kings Dragoons 1794'. Mounted in an oval glazed yellow decorative metal mount in black wooden frame (115 x 98 x 15 h mm). Initials 'JB' below the portrait. Not dated but Late 20th early 21st  Century. There are two labels on the reverse. One shows name and address etc of the artist. The other in pen shows the title. In lovely condition. **. June Blyth RMS, British Miniaturist. In 1990, inspired by the work of Michael Pierce and the late Marcelle Shears, she began to paint silhouettes. June completed silhouette com missions for Harrods, the Bath Museum of Costume, and several TV companies and was commissioned through the Hilliard Society to paint profiles of T.E. Laurence and Thomas and Florence Hardy for a special commemorative exhibition in Dorchester Museum. .
