"The Recruiting Officer" is a 1706 play by the Irish writer George Farquhar, which follows the social and sexual exploits of two English Army officers, the womanising Plume and the cowardly Brazen, Here Captain Plume is up to his tricks! A nice plate, generally in very good condition. Uncoloured. There is a small loss to one corner, a small archival repair to the edge and a few light marks.
