"Artisans and artists are born with an insatiable desire to express their emotions through their crafts. The culinary arts are no different. There is no greater pleasure for me than to create. In the midst of this beautiful valley, the Val d'Orcia, I find that my inspiration is endless. The ever-evolving landscapes, scents, and colors are all there for me to choose from." Giancarla Bodoni Carlotta Bertelli is an Italian photographer. Born in Modena in 1988, she moved to Milan at the age of twenty to study photography. After traveling the world, she now lives with her family in a small rural village in southern Tuscany, where together with her husband and creative director Gianluca Guaitoli founded Studio Hamor in 2018. Giancarla Bodoni.
