This very uncommon Canadian edition is published from the US sheets, in the same binding, but has McClelland and Goodchild added to the title page and stamped on the base of the spine. 424 pp. Very good in pale gray cloth with cream lettering and small silver swastika emblems (previous owner's name dated in 1913, a tear in the margin of one leaf.).
