First edition 1885 with red cloth covered boards showing brushed tips and bumped spine ends. Watermarks and bleaching on the outside covers and head/tail of the solid brown endpapers. Save for a small watermark at the head of the page block, the opened pages are unaffected. 111 pages are crisp with an occasional light soil mark in the margins. The b/w line drawings by Mytton are wonderful. Very rare offering.
