Hardcover. First Thus. Octavo, [16], 519, [1], 123 pages. In Good minus condition. Bound in full contemporary vellum. Handwritten black ink lettering to spine. Boards show light plus bumping to head and tail of spine, a repaired closed tear to vellum on the front cover, and moderate plus toning to vellum overall. Text block has light plus age toning to edges, and light shelf wear to bottom edge. A small gouge (approximately .5 square inches) appears on the front free end page, with successively smaller gouges at the same point impacting the title and following page (no loss of text on title page, minimal loss of text to first two pages of dedicatory preface). Ink ownership inscription appears on front pastedown: "Arthur R[illegible] / Paris 1844". Double column, dual-language (Latin-Greek) pages. Bourdelotius' commentary appears at rear, separately paginated. Uses the 16th-century Latin translation of Warschewiczki. Shelved Room G. 1394584. Special Collections.
