Prima edizione; il nome dell'autore si ricava dalla ristampa del 1601. Opera inusuale non solo per l'argomento ma anche per il luogo di stampa. Esemplare estremamente genuino (piccole mancanze al margine superiore bianco dei primi ff.), al f. A2 (recto e verso) alcuni inediti versi manoscritti all'epoca composti in onore del Castrone.
