Matted. Condition: Fine. Signed by Photographer Original Photograph 11 x 14 original silver gelatin print, matted. From an edition of 11 prints, printed under the supervision of the photographer and signed LR Stern J. Bramson, Sept. 1989. Stern Bramson (1912-1989) was a Louisville, Kentucky commercial photographer. His photographs often had a hyper-real or unconscious ironic quality. Although there were no vintage prints of his work per se, he was in the process of printing editions at the time of his death in 1989. Also included is a 4 pp exhibition catalogue Ladies and Gentlemen, Would You be Kind Enough to Look This Way? Photographs By Stern Bramson, from the Art Institute of Chicago, 1989. Another impression of this image is in the Art Institute of Chicago collection.
