Hardcover. Condition: Good. A variety of authors, including but not limited to Andrew Lang, Leigh Hunt, Robert Louis Stevenson, Roberta Burns, Lord Lytton, and Auston Dobson have contributions in this volume of 174 pages. The book measures approximately 5 3/8 by 8 1/8 inches and has dark blue cloth covered boards with gilt lettering on the front board and spine. The tips are bumped there is mild edge wear and a small tear to the cloth at the head of the spine at the joint of the front board. There appears to be a bit of a break in the gutter between the verso side of the half-title page and the title page. The paper is evenly toned, a previous owner has written their name on the front free end paper which also has a small fold to the outer edge. The top edge dye appears faded.
