They wish for speedy payment, 'in consequence of law proceedings being instituted by the Ex[ecut]or of another branch of the family', and offer to give up the interest, 'otherwise they will be compel'd to make good their claim for the whole amount which will be return'd to the Court of Chancery, where it will be out of their power to remit any portion thereof'.
