Ich kann es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Dieses Phytobuch ist ein umfangreiches Nachschlagewerk zum Thema Kräuterheilkunde. Es besteht aus einem übersichtlichen Index, einer Auflistung nach Krankheiten und einer detaillierten Erklärung zu unzähligen phytotherapeutisch wirkenden Pflanzen. Jede Pflanze wird dabei genau erklärt, ihre Inhaltsstoffe sind angegeben, die nachgewiesene Wirkung und die volkstümliche Anwendung. Außerdem werden Fertigarzneimittel genannt, die diese Pflanze enthalten und es wird Anwendungsweise und Dosierung für den Humanbereich beschrieben.
