Endpapers have stamp of "Board of Tax Appeals Library" as well as a Library… of Congress release stamp "Surplus Duplicate." Extensive index at rear. Interesting compendium of all the cases presented before and decided by the Maryland Court of Appeals in the June and December terms of 1862. Included is a fraud case brought by the holders of certain bonds, styled "Income Bonds," issued by the Central Ohio Railroad Company, who objected to the Company's proposed later issuance of "mortgage bonds"; the Court found in favor of the Railroad company.
