Hardcover. Condition: Fair. A clean, bright and crisp hardback copy, but seemingly with a leaf missing before the title page. Green cloth with gilt title lettering to upper cover and spine, and a gilt bear in a wood on the upper cover. No dust jacket-probably as issued. There is a large folding plan of the country round Bagshot…stuck to the front paste-down (opposite the title page), but I have no idea what lay between this and the title page (half title?). The lower cover is lightly marked on its right-hand edge, but otherwise the green cloth is clean and bright. Overall, a nice hardback copy with numerous illustrations, but seemingly lacking a leaf at the very beginning of the volume. This item will be properly packed.
