The library was created following the conversion of the billiards room in 1936 and was predominantly filled with books collected by Anthony de Rothschild. In half calf bindings over cloth boards. Externally, very smart. Some minor marks to the cloth on the back board. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean. Tissue guards to the plates are present and intact.
