Ein weiterer Vorteil: Das Programm kann ohne langjährige therapeutische Ausbildung eingeSetzt werden. Das Programm gliedert sich in drei Stufen: 1. Die Krankheit erkennen und annehmen: Insbesondere soll erkannt werden, welche Gefühle und Verhaltensweisen mit der Krankheit in Verbindung stehen. 2.
