Verschillende conflicten en incidenten op het terrein van Dennendal leidden in juli 1974 tot ontruiming van Dennendal en de arrestatie van zijn psychologisch directeur Muller. Het VN-nummer bevat een 25-tal knipsels uit o.a. HP, VN, De Nieuwe Linie, Utrechts Universiteitsblad, De Ambtenaar, de Volkskrant, Telegraaf, Utrechts Nieuwsblad, AD uit de periode 1971- 1976 omtrent de Affaire-Dennendal.
