Laid in is a note stating that "my dad and mother received this complimentary book from the Scandinavia-American Line when they returned from Europe on the Hellig Olav in 1921. The book was apparently published in early 1909 because it carries an advertisement for a coming exhibition in Denmark to be held in May-September 1909 (see pp. 141-142).".
