Containing both traditional and new Irish ballads written by Yeats, F.R. Higgins, Padraic Colum, and others. With engraved music throughout. Numerous evocative and emotional hand-colored woodblock illustrations, including many by Jack B. Yeats, brother of the famed W.B Yeats.
