The two authors knew the Windsors well - Murphy was the ghost-writer for the Duke of Windsor's autobiography, A King's Story, and for the Duchess's The Heart Has its Reasons. They reveal, absent from the ghost-written autobiographies, the fact the marriage petered out in the later years, as the Duchess increasingly snubbed her husband. Octavo (222 x 141 mm).
