{ITEM #1} Gray three-hole binder-folder, H 29.25cm x L 22.75cm. Covers are toned with some soiling and staining; curling/creasing at corners. Undated (presumably contemporary to 1952 cover letter) and mostly unpaged - approx. 61 leaves (typescript style text with single-sided printing on rectos only, i.e. blank versos). Catalog of equipment with 41 tipped-in b/w photographic prints show various models and parts of available motion picture and production equipment manufactured by Union Tonfilmmaschinenbau-Gesellschaft of Berlin, Germany and being offered for sale in the United States by importer Herbert E. Budek Company, Inc. of Hackensack, New Jersey. Price list on first four sheets. Foxing/toning and some soiling. {ITEM #2} Herbert E. Budek Company, Inc. Typed letter dated February 12, 1952 with Budek's ink signature paper-clipped to five stapled double-sided typescript leaves reviewing various pieces of equipment. Foxing/toning, some soiling, and some edge-wear to catalog. {ITEM #3}. Six stapled single-sided sheets. May 1955 cover letter from Herbert Budek but under company name of United Movie Technicians, Inc. announcing import of Union Optima 2B Universal Picture Registration Printer with prices for the printer and its accessories; remaining five sheets offer specifications, etc.; some foxing/toning and slight edge-wear. *** Interesting collection of 1950s film production equipment for the motion picture industry historian.
