Wrappers, 176 pp. The Book is in Very Good condition without any visible defects, losses, remarks and stains. Frayed cover edges with four closed minor tears to the right edge of front cover and one to the left edge of back cover, creases across cover corners, repaired bottom right corner of front cover (small triangle piece was broken off) and spine ends; internally upper right corner of half-title is pasted with paper strip (owner's inscription was cut out), occasional very soft creases across corners; but still looks like the copy of very good condition. Poet s second verses collection includes poems written during 1920-1923, which carry autumnal mood: longing, missing, sadness, apathy, pain, love, nostalgia. Modernist book cover drawing in black-and- white presumably by author. Pranas Vytautas Budvytis (1900-1975) was Lithuanian poet, journalist and translator. In his works supported leftist ideas. Initiated humor and satire magazine Spaktyva (1924 1934), which collaborated with such prominent authors as Kazys Binkis, Teofilis Tilvytis and others. Published four collections of poems.
