Add to basket1st edition thus. Tall 8vo. (xii) + 379 + (3)pp. 12 illustrated plates by T Stoddard reproduced in permanent photograph. Publisher's original gold/yellow cloth covers, gilt embossed design of pilgrims + lettering on front & spine. Bevelled edges. Yellow eps. Neat signature + date " October 1887 " on ep. Covers : top/bottom of spine worn, edges rubbed, spine slight fade, a few light marks. Contents : 1 plate loose but clean, another rehinged poorly with tape, internal hinges broken at 2 or 3 pages else very clean. Needs some TLC. G.
