1900, luglio 30, Burchi (1853-1919), pittore decoratore, scrive da Firenze: «Tu mi chiedi una cosa poco [.] amichevole. Un catalogo di monete con questa temperatura? Ma cosa ti ho fatto di male? Scusami, ma ciò non mi pare onesto. Senza scherzare. Il fare un catalogo e [sic!] cosa non breve ne facile e io, [.] in questo periodo…di vacanze debbo levarmi tante noie che mi è impossibile accontentarti [.]. Tu sai che le monete [.] son romane, quanto dire corrose e non facilmente decifrabili le leggende, da ciò intenderai che per fare un catalogo bisogna riscontrarle con libri di numismatica [.]». 180 x 110 mm, 1 bifolio, scritte 3 pagine; manoscritto in inchiostro nero.
