This will be the only Signed book for sale on the Internet. Billy Burger has written a memoir about his time as secretary of the YMCA. He was secretary for 40 years. He estimates covering over 1 million miles in his travels during those years. A Very solidly bound book. The green boards, amazingly, have no wear. Not at the spine ends, not at the corners. The only imperfection is a little darkening over a couple of small areas on the front cover. The pages of the book are very clean, no soiling, no markings, no writing/underlining anywhere in the book, no creasing. Pretty close to perfect. The dust jacket has held up very well. It is Un-clipped. There are a few tiny tears. And a small spot of loss at the top of the spine. The white back of the dust jacket is darkened by handling. There's a light vertical crease on the front flap and some darkening on the edge of the rear flap. The dust jacket will be fitted with a protective cover. Inscribed by Author(s).
