Here are preserved some of the homes, business buildings and artifacts of the turn of the century (circa 1903) in Calgary. Many buildings were moved restored from nearby locales : Strathmore, Airdrie, Barons, Lundbreck, etc. One of the features is the working railway (or perhaps the merry-go round); this volume was printed in the park at an old print shoppe.128 pages with a few b/w photographs. Learn about : Sunalta Ravine, street-car, Canmore Opers, Bedingfeld Ranch, Sam Livingston and the double storey outhouse. Cond : Paper wrapper is orange with burgundy lettering and a b/w image of the Prince House. Apart from minor soiling on the cover, the book has no flaws, no names, no tears.
