Internally good to very good, with mild scattered foxing, map and title page detached but present. 336 pp., large folding map. The map is "A New Map of Louisville, KY published by W. Lee White, Reduced from Hart & Mapother's Large Map". 1856. Measures 46x57 cm. with a short tear at the right edge. 4 full page ads printed on colored paper, five pages of ads printed in bright, vivid colors (red, green and blue).
